HITHERMOOR ROAD
Dear All,
Several residents have voiced their concerns about this outline planning application which appears to be for a fencing panel manufacturing facility.
Residents are concerned that we have already proven our roads are not suitable for any commercial traffic. They are concerned about the potential of yet more commercial traffic given we have managed to seriously reduce this kind of transport on the village due to the double yellow lines on Horton Road and Spout Lane.
That Hithermoor Road is a residential road with a high density of parked cars which leaves only a single vehicle lane for much of its length. – That the road is regularly used by the 2 village stables to exercise their horses and ponies who carry young children.
They are concerned about the additional risk to residents. – That Hithermoor Road is entirely unsuitable for HGV vehicles, or other commercial vehicles visiting the site daily. That the noise from any manufacturing operation and machinery will be an unfair blight on local residents – That a commercial business like this should be situated ( in a commercial business estate) and this kind business should NEVER be allowed by any Borough or County Council in the heart of – Any residential community.
Spelthorne Council are aware that Stanwell Moor residents do not want any further commerceliasion of our community and we ALL NEED TO VOICE OUR SUPPORT to stop this from happening!!
