14TH MARCH 2025
THEIR REPLY:
The village has already been leafleted including your home Jim.

You are replying to a declaration of the AGM made on the 24 February with information made available. (NO SIMON I AM NOT) I’m not sure why you think I would delete your post Jim? I hope your mother is recovering well.

I am MASSIVELY dissapointed by Simon Crossley who has done nothing of any note, but seems to now want to undermine everything that I want to do for friends, neighbours and residents of Stanwell Moor.

No reference to the main points of my previous post, the RA suspension, the failures. My request for a copy of their accounts, my announcement that I will be standing for election as Chair, or that I am back in negotiations with Heathrow to achieve WPOZ for our village and a fit for purpose Insulation Package for EVERYONE who lives in this village and not just some!

MY REPLY:
Glad to hear the village has been leafleted, obviously I was not there to receive it.
SIMON, I am NOT replying to any DECLARATION!. – Why would you possibly assume I would?
I replied because someone made it known to me THAT YOU had tried to set rules and times for anyone who wants to stand.
I am replying because you seem to be trying to control the narrative
When you have “NO AUTHORITY” to do so.
The previous RA is SUSPENDED!Why can’t you undestand this?

You or any other previous RA member do not speak for the people of Stanwell Moor at this point and you have no right to determine who shall do what, – Much less when they need to do it!
I am replying because the previous RA did not carry out its duties as it should have and because of this, Stanwell Moor has no RA at this time. Had it held an AGM in January you could have set nominations dates etc but committee members failed to do this so the previous committee have “no right” to set any rules or deadlines.
I absolutely will NOT write to an ’email address’ of a suspended association to seek “YOUR PERMISSION” to stand as CHAIR of our New Association!
A declaration is one thing – However trying to determine timelines and rules when you have NO RIGHT TO, – Is quite the Opposite.
The reality is this AGM had to be forced, -It had to be brought by ‘Concerned Residents’ to actually make the meeting happen!
In case you are unaware of elections rules.

Nominations are usually carried out by ballot box, where people cast their vote in private. What you have tried to determine is people “write in” which means you know who is standing for any given position and some may say (and I can assure you they already have) that this gives the previous committee an unfair advantage regarding candidates and being able to campaign against those candidates.
THIS IS LUDICROUS – IT IS “NOT” HOW AN ELECTION WORKS!!
No one has any right to know these things in advance.
Personally, I understand that I have put myself forward at this point but I’m happy given the majority of residents know what I’ve achieved and that common sense will prevail I put my trust in our residents on the night .

They will either vote for someone who as the Previous Chairman and Councillor has helped residents get new schooling or new housing. – Someone who has delivered double-yellow-lines for our village. – Who got rid of hundreds of taxis. – Who secured a village defibrillator. – Who has delivered an outdoor gym in the park.

Who is actively negotiating with Heathrow for “FULL COMPENSATION” for every Stanwell Moor resident.
A local champion who has demanded HAL purchase properties at a 25% over market value price for residents who want to leave and for those who want to leave in the future.

Should you vote for me, I WILL NOT HIDE from what I want for my frieds and neighbours.
In the case, in the interest of all residents and democracy on the 19th of March 2025 we will need to revert to a simple (propose and second) nominations on the night and we should go straight to the vote where positions will be decided by residents in attendance.
This will be a residents-only-meeting.

It will be apolitical and no councillors will be invited. Neither will there will be any Heathrow representatives.
We should vote on the four main positions only, giving time for the four elected members to agree their strategy and their plans to get the best outcomes for our village for the next year. They should then arrange a meeting to present this to residents and at that meeting look to enlist other members.
I will be standing on two main issues. WPOZ for Stanwell Moor and an Insulation Scheme – That is Fit for Purpose – For EVERY SINGLE RESIDENT of our village – NOT JUST SOME!

A ‘SHOUT OUT’ to residents who want the same but may have been convinced otherwise: – Heathrow know I will Never “Give Up” until I win for Stanwell Moor. Should I be elected as Chairman, I still need to be voted in, but it would seem certain elements of the previous (suspended committee) are trying to do all they can to STOP ME continuing to suceed for our village!

Simon, the only thing you need to do is present what this suspended committee has done over the last 12-months. Should you choose to do so.

IN CLOSING: – Can I please ask that EVERYONE including new residents who may have been led to believe the previous association are acting in the best interest to please spare 30-minutes of your time and come along to the village hall at 6:30pm on Wednesday 19th March to listen to a true Local Champion who has done so much for this village Who id only interested in getting the MAXIMUM deal from Heathrow when they have achieved NOTHING,
Kind regards,
Jim.
