11th NOVEMBER 2025
Dear all,
This is to let you all know that I will meet with CISHA Deputy Chairman this week on Thursday the 13th.

I have updated Mark Izatt with all the evidence put forward to Heathrow Directors at various meetings in an effort to drive home the injustice whereby some of our residents are being callously ignored by Heathrow when along with everyone else who lives on Stanwell Moor they should be included in the Quieter Neighbourhood Support Scheme [QNSS] – Residential Insulation Scheme [RIS] – Should they choose to take up that option.

I have also informed others that although my (primary concern) has been to secure a fully-funded insulation package for the “Excluded 10%” of residents that I still continue to work for EVERY RESIDENT on our village and I have made HAL Directors at our Compass Centre meetings in July and September aware of the dire situation and the problems being faced by Stanwell Moor residents who have had work carried out by Kier. These include the many failings, poor management, delays, poor installation, damage and asbestos.

My plan as some of you know was always to engage HAL through a series of meeting at the Compass Centre and then have them attend a first-meeting for our “excluded neighbours” in the village hall. This was to be followed-up by a second meeting that included all residents.

As negotiations are now reaching a “critical stage” I am hopeful that my meeting with the CISHA Deputy Chairman might speed up the decision progress. Should this help expedite any agreement on insulation-for-all-residents over the next few weeks it could be that two become one and would include all-residents to resolve all-issues.

We still have a way to go but this is where we are, there is positive movement and I will keep you all updated on progress.

Best regards,
Jim.
