Thanks for your email again.
We understand that residents may have various concerns regarding the site. Members have also raised various concerns at the June Committee and therefore this application was deferred. During the August Committee, Members have revisited the application in terms of planning considerations.
This Section 73 application is only for the redistribution of HGV movements from daytime to night-time and there is no other change regarding the operation of the site. As we did not receive any adverse comments from our consultees, Officers have recommended to permit this application and it was then approved by the Planning and Regulatory Committee at the August Committee, subject to conditions, while we consider would provide adequate control under planning.
