MORRIS YARD (AKA) OAKLEAF FARM – 16th June

Hello Everyone,

Some of you may know I’m investigating Oakleaf. Who are the people behind it, how can this type of recycling be allowed in a residential area, how did it actually arrive on our village and what we can do about it?

To add to this a resident informed me of a new firm advertising the Horton Road address as their base. So you’ll be concerned to hear a new firm, also seemingly registered there [KLT Construction Ltd] is applying to the Traffic Commissioner for an O Licence (operator’s licence) for another 20 commercial vehicles to ADD to the blight that we suffer every day on our village.

I “WILL” be opposing this on behalf of the residents but the question I want to ask as I have a heavy workload is – Who wants to help me to write this objection?

We have 21-days to get our objection in!!

As a backup to this objection I intend to print up [Objection Notices] that ‘I hope’ everyone on the village will sign. As we MUST be seen to be united and we MUST try to STOP IT!!

These will be left within the next few days in the post office and the Anchor Pub.

Please support this, I’m fighting for blight reduction and a better Stanwell Moor, we can’t allow MORE.

Stanwell Moor cannot take much more blight!!

Regards,
Jim.

  1. don’t know what I can do but the disgusting filth loaded giant container lorries full of rubbish waste not recycling type waste that are going into there is horrendous this is obviously going into the other company as definatly NOT simply waste the smell from behind it at the temp traffic lights was disgusting let alone the smell for the closest houses – Fiona Arbery

  4. Thanks Fiona, It’s something we all have to get together on. Pics, videos, anything will help.
Ann you’re probably best placed to put the argument as to how bad the smell is 🙁
I’ll try to get a drone over the site if I can, depending on height restrictions.
Denise I’ve noticed Ferns. I drove in behind one of their vehicles and my wife mentioned the smell of tarmac or something similar coming from it?. I see they have a banner advertising their services on the entry (that I’m arguing shouldn’t be there) to the site.
